IE8 & Private Messages Focus Problem

Description

When using IE8 to compose a new PM, the focus keeps getting stolen back to the "To" field, making it impossible to write a subject or message.

Works fine on Firefox, Opera and Chrome. The autocomplete doesn't work at all on IE7. Some kind of error occurs.

It works okay in IE8 compatibility mode.

I fixed the problem with IE7. There was a spurious comma in the Javascript that the other browsers tolerated.

This was fixed in r68 for #11. The new conditional include for ie.css seems to have done the trick for IE8.
